Randy Goss's County Line employees confirmed that the body was that of Randy Joe Goss, the 55-year-old owner of the popular BBQ restaurants.
The black Acura was spotted in water at Specht Road and Blanco around 11 a.m. The black Acura was from the Cibolo creek about 3 p.m.
Randy Goss' barbecue is popular place to eat in San Antonio. Randy Goss will also be remembered for the weekly music series that raised food for the San Antonio Food Bank.
