watch grammys live online - Grammy Awards 2010 Live Stream: The stage is set for the 52nd Annual Grammy Awards which air tonight (8 pm ET) on CBS. R&B star Beyonce has the most nominations with ten, followed by country singer Taylor Swift, who has eight.
Taylor’s second album Fearless has been the biggest-selling release in the U.S. since it came out in November 2008. She will perform with singer-songwriter Stevie Nicks of Fleetwood Mac.
Lady Gaga, the big breakout story of 2009, is a contender in five categories. She would have been the favorite for the best new artist award, but the 23-year-old dance-pop diva was ineligible for consideration because her debut single was nominated last year.
Dance hall gurus The Black Eyed Peas have six nominations, and they’re set to perform a medley of their hits Imma Be and I Gotta Feeling. Kanye West and Maxwell also have six.
Meanwhile, Gaga is reportedly preparing for a secret collaboration with artists ranging from Beyonce to Madonna or maybe even Elton John.
Tonight’s event is the first Grammys since Michael Jackson’s death and is expected to showcase a tribute to the late King of Pop featuring Avatar-like 3D footage.
A total of 109 awards will be presented at the ceremony, which will be broadcast live from the Staples Center in Los Angeles. You can watch the 2010 Grammy Awards live online (free live stream)watch grammys live online
